Marcie Sherman, Attorney at Law

Marcie specializes in criminal, juvenile and federal court. Attorney Sherman is barred in Colorado, Nevada, Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, Second District Court of Appeals, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Attorney Sherman has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication, from Northern Arizona University.  In 2011, Marcie graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers School of Law, in Tucson, Arizona. Marcie, a military spouse and mother of four, skillfully balances family life and community service. Marcie’s deep commitment to service and family profoundly shapes her professional and personal endeavors.  Marcie is a member of the Military Spouse JD Network and Dayton Bar associations.

Kathy Miller, Paralegal

Kathy is a dedicated paralegal who has been part of the Dayton Bar Association for over 20 years. In addition to her extensive experience in the legal field, she has also contributed to education by teaching at Sinclair College's paralegal program. Furthermore, Kathy has gained valuable experience working with the Volunteer Lawyer Project, where she has helped provide legal assistance to those in need.
